Permanent IT Recruitment

We have a simple approach:

  • Understand your requirements with regards organisational history, company culture, role specifics, skill set required, recruitment / interviewing process, reason role has come to fruition, remuneration and key selling points

  • Agree an action plan going forward on how to work best together ie long list, short list, psychometrics (if necessary), ballpark interview dates

  • We go to market with our large network of IT contacts, advertising and extensive IT candidate database. We long list then interview candidates face-to-face to determine short-list to present to you

  • Submit pre-qualified short-list candidates for client interview

  • Client interviews 1st/2nd/3rd, references, offer and appointment is made

  • Aftercare, while candidate hands in notice and is prepared for new start date with the organisation we help you with the onboarding process. We keep in touch with the candidate & you as the client ensuring a seamless transition


Retained Executive Search & Selection

For more complex & targeted assignments: 

  • Retain Sunstone to advertise / network / search candidates - 1/3 fee up front

  • Sunstone produces short-list of strongly matched candidates for interview - 1/3 fee on short-list

  • Appointment of candidate - 1/3 final fee on start date


Contract Software & IT Recruitment

We have a fast & efficient approach to IT Contract Recruitment:

  • Understand your requirements with regards role/project specific skill set required, and length of assignment, hourly or daily rate budget

  • Go to our pool of available IT contractors we currently work with and if suitable & available recommend for immediate start

  • If not - we go to market with our large network of IT contacts, advertising (the Sunstone brand is strong in the market) and extensive IT candidate database. Interview best fit candidates face-to-face to determine short-list to present to you for immediate start & agree charge rate

  • Client interviews (if necessary), references, offer and placement is made

  • Once the assignment starts we support our IT contractors keeping in touch regularly, offering them feedback and paying them promptly 


Software & IT Consulting

We can also provide software & IT consultants that can come in and spend 1-2 days per week (or when needed) in a more adhoc arrangement in which they can up skill your team on a new technology or framework, or introduce a new methodology or way of working. They will provide support to your team by phone or online around development release cycles for example or periods of change to hand-hold your team to get through the scary parts and help your team succeed.
